陈建,男,1988年生,制药工程博士,就职于77779193永利集团应用化学与制药工程系,长期从事适合临床转化的抗肿瘤药物载体的研究工作,结合表面化学修饰技术、生物纳米材料组装技术、细胞生物学、活体成像技术等,研究内容主要包括刺激-响应型敏感键的设计与合成、生物纳米材料的组装与功能化、载体药效性能的考察(细胞水平和活体水平肿瘤治疗应用),熟悉药用载体物化性能评价机制,掌握载体制备过程中微结构调控所涉及的关键技术,且相关工作已在《Chemistry—AEuropeanJournal》《Nanotechnology》《MaterialsScienceandEngineering:C》《ColloidsandSurfacesB:Biointerfaces》《ElectrochimicaActa》《ChemicalPapers》等国内外知名杂志上发表,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目两项(“刺激-响应性分子印迹复合微球的组装及其可控吸附与释放性能研究”(NO.21276283)、“磁性埃洛石纳米管聚合体系的组装及对外循环肿瘤细胞的吸附与分离”(NO.21576295)),参与企业横向项目一项(“奇硒菌粉活性成分分离纯化、结构表征以及抗肿瘤活性研究”(122万))。
